Abstract:
Předkládaná bakalářská práce se věnuje návrhu a optimalizaci vtokového systému při lití do forem pod tlakem. Je zde pozorován vliv návrhu vtokové soustavy na kvalitu a dobu vyplnění dutiny formy taveninou. V práci je charakterizována technologie tlakového lití a formy pro lití pod tlakem. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is the design and optimalisation of the gating system of die casting mould. Specifically, the effect of the die casting system’s draft on the filling time and quality of the filling of the mould by the melt was investigated.
