Change of organizational structure in a selected company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu způsobu práce v současné organizační struktuře společnosti se zaměřením na práci divizí IT a businessu. Výstupem této práce je navržení možných změn v organizační struktuře a popsání změnového procesu, pomocí Lewinova tří fázového modelu řízení změn, které by mohly napomoci k lepšímu provedení a organizaci prováděných činností. V závěru práce je vyhodnocen postup, kterým byla změna provedena a byla navržena korekční opatření.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of methods used in the current organizational structure of a firm with the main focus on the operation of the IT and business divisions. The output of the thesis are the proposals of feasible changes in the organizational structure and the description of the change management with the use of Lewin´s three phase model of change, which could aid with a more effective execution and organization of undergoing changes. The thesis is concluded with the evaluation of the process changes and suggested corrective actions.
