Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zhodnotit význam poskytovaných zaměstnaneckých benefitů u vybrané organizace státní správy, posoudit motivační efekt jednotlivých benefitů a v návaznosti na výsledky výzkumu navrhnout možná zlepšení.
