Abstract:
The aim of this master’s diploma thesis is to prepare data for an eventual extension of the Czech WordNet. The thesis focuses on comparison of the Czech WordNet and the Princeton WordNet. It describes their basic properties and structure and compares them with a different source of language data, a dictionary. It also deals with other projects associated with Princeton WordNet.
