Active employment policy in the Česká Lípa district

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá aktivní politikou zaměstnanosti v okrese Česká Lípa. Cílem práce je zhodnocení účinnosti aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti Úřadu práce v České Lípě. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy a definice, které se týkají hlavní problematiky práce, především trhu práce, aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti a jejími nástroji. Doplnění informací a zpestřením této části je prostřednictvím jednoduchých grafů vystihujících průběh v daném období a odvětví. V praktické části jsou přiblíženy údaje vykazující aktivní politika zaměstnanosti kontaktního pracoviště Úřadu práce v České Lípě. Data jsou čerpána z pravidelně publikovaných ročních a půlročních analýz Úřadu práce České republiky a mnou statisticky zpracována. Výsledným ukazatelem jsou tabulky a grafy. V závěru práce bude zhodnocena aktivní politika zaměstnanosti v okrese Česká Lípa za posledních pět let, tedy od roku 2011 do roku 2015, neboť výsledky za celý rok 2016 nebyly uveřejněny.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the active policy of employment in the district of Česká Lípa. The aim of this thesis is the estimation of effectivity of the active policy of the employment in the Employment office in Česká Lípa. In the theoretical part the basic terms and definitions are stated. They are related to the main occupation problems, especially the employment market, active policy of the employment and their implements. The completion of the information and the diversification of this part is by means of the simple graphs describing the process in the definit period and branch. In the practical part the data of the active policy of employment in the contact workplace of the Employment office in Česká Lípa is approached. This data is extracted from the regular yearly and half-yearly published analyses of the Employment office in the Czech Republic, and then this data was statistically compiled by myself. The charts and graphs are the resulting indicators. In the end of the thesis the active policy of employment in the district of Česká Lípa within the last five years will be evaluated, so from the year 2011 to the year 2015, because the results in the year 2016 were not published.
