The Tax Deductible and Non-deductible Expenses in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Předmětem mojí bakalářské práce jsou daňově uznatelné a daňově neuznatelné náklady vybrané společnosti. V práci byly definovány základní pojmy týkající se účetnictví, daní a nákladů. K řešení problematiky daňově uznatelných a neuznatelných nákladů byla použita analýza nákladů pomocí účtového rozvrhu a vnitřních účetních směrnic vybrané společnosti podle jejich daňové uznatelnosti a neuznatelnosti. Na základě zjištěných údajů ve vybrané společnosti a analýzy dosavadního účtového rozvrhu a vnitřních účetních směrnic, bylo možné určit možná daňová rizika a dále stanovit návrhy pro vybranou společnost na snížení těchto rizik. Výsledky této bakalářské práce umožňují zvolené společnosti usnadnit přechod nákladů z účetnictví do základu daně z příjmů a vyvarovat se možným chybám či nejasnostem.

Abstract:

The aim of my bachelor thesis are the tax deductible and tax non-deductible expenses in the selected company. In the thesis were defined basic concepts about accounting, taxes and expenses. To address the issue of tax deductible and non-deductible expenses, the expenses analysis was used using the internal chart of accounts and internal accounting directives of the selected company according to their tax deductible and non-deductible expenses. Based on the data collected in the selected company and analysis of the current internal chart of accounts and internal accounting directives, it was possible to determine possible tax risks and set out suggestions for the selected company to reduce these risks. The results of this bachelor thesis enable the selected company to facilitate the transfer of expenses from accounting to income tax base and to avoid possible mistakes or ambiguity.
