Šikana na pracovišti, její prevence a řešení

Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou šikany na pracovišti. V teoretické části popisuje pojmy mobbing a bossing, jejich průběh, jednotlivé příčiny, účastníky, techniky a možné důsledky, dále se také pokouší nastínit možnosti obrany a prevence proti této šikaně. The bachleor thesis deals with problematics of workplace bullying. The theretical part describes concepts of mobbing and bossing, their progress, various causes, participants, techniques and possible consequences, it also tries to point to solving and prevention possibilities against this type of bullying.
