Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vypracováním podnikatelského záměru na založení občerstvení. Teoretická část práce popisuje předpoklady pro dobře vypracovaný podnikatelský plán. V praktické části je provedena SWOT analýza, analýza vnějšího okolí a finanční zajištění podnikatelské činnosti.
Abstract:
This thesis bachelor on developing a business plan to establish a refection. The theoretical part describes the perquisites for a well-developed business plan. The practical part of a SWOT analysis, analysis of the external environment and financial reinsurance business. Finally the proposed plan of development strategies and appreciation of its benefits.
