The Use of Coaching and other new Methods in the Frame of Quality of Motivation to Increase Performance
Abstract:
Podstatou této diplomové práce je spojení dvou účinných metod, vedoucích ke změně výkonnosti, v jeden ucelený metodický přístup ve vedení řízeného rozhovoru. Vedený rozhovor je aplikován v praxi s vybraným respondentem a následně analyzován. Práce je podložena teoretickými poznatky z oblasti koučování a z oblasti leadershipu.
Abstract:
The essence of this thesis is a combination of two effective methods, leading to transforming performance, in one comprehensive methodological approach in the leading of structured interview. The structured interview is applied in practice with the selected respondent and subsequently analyzed.
