Trh s půdou v realitě ČR

Land market in realities of Czech Republic.
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá trhem s půdou a zvláště trhem se zemědělskou půdou v realitě ČR. Úvodní část je zaměřena na trh přírodních zdrojů. Další oddíl vymezuje důležité pojmy vztahující se k ekonomické teorii trhu s půdou a zabývá se tvorbou ceny půdy. Poslední dvě kapitoly popisují dění na trhu se zemědělskou půdou v České republice po roce 1989.
Abstract:
Graduation thesis concerns Land market, mainly Farmland market in realities of Czech Republic. Introduction is mainly focused on Natural resources market. Following part describes important conceptions connected to Economical theory of land market and deals with creating of land prices. Last two chapters desribe course of events of Farmland market in Czech Republic after 1989.
