Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem marketingového plánu živnosti Jan Přibyl, zabývající se především grafickým designem, příležitostně i fotografickým službám a multimediální tvorbě. Tato živnost existuje od roku 2020 a dosud poskytovala své služby výhradně jednomu klientovi a chce získat nové klienty a rozšířit o sobě povědomí, k čemuž má být vytvořena marketingová strategie. V teoretické časti práce popisuje různé nástroje pomáhající nadefinovat marketingovou strategii, i internetová média. Analytická část práce se zabývá studiem současného stavu živnosti, určením cílové skupiny a analýzou prostředí. Návrhová část nakonec dle získaných poznatků navrhuje samotnou marketingovou strategii včetně metrik ukazující úspěšnost naplňování marketingového plánu.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is focused on proposal of marketing strategy of business Jan Přibyl which does mainly graphic design, occassionally even photography and multimedia. This business exist since 2020 and up to now was offering it’s services mostly to only one client and wants to get new clients and spread awareness about itself for which a marketing strategy is to be created. In the theoretical part thesis describes various tools helping to define marketing strategy and internet media. Analytical part deals with the study of the current state of the business, indetifying the target group, and analyzing the environment. Based on the acquired knowledge, the proposal part ultimately suggests the marketing strategy itself, including metrics showing the success of implementing the marketing plan.
