Abstract:
Práce se věnuje prověřování v trestním řízení. Cílem je vysvětlit postavení a důležitost přípravného řízení, zejména postupu před zahájením trestního stíhání, od počátku prověřování skutečností, že byl spáchán trestný čin, směřující k odhalení pachatele až do skončení prověřování. The thesis is dedicated to the examination in criminal proceedings. The aim si to explain the position and importance preparatory proceedings, in particular the pre-prosecution procedure, from the outset of the examination of the fact that a criminal offence has been committed, with the aim of identifying the offender until the end of the examination.
