Diplomová práca sa zaoberá organizáciou a novým usporiadaním bankového dohľadu v Európskej únii, zavedením nového jednotného mechanizmu bankového dohľadu v EÚ, jeho pozitívnymi a negatívnymi dopadmi pre bankový sektor krajín Európskej únie a zvlášť na Slovensku.
