Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou obecné právní odpovědnosti zaměstnance za vzniklou škodu. Rozbor jednotlivých skutkových podstat, ze kterých vyplývá právní odpovědnost zaměstnance, je zde proveden dle konkrétních ustanovení zákoníku práce. The bachelor thesis deals with the general legal liability of the employee for damages. Analysis of the individual facts of the case, which indicate the legal responsibility of the employee, is performed here by the specific provisions of the Labour Code.
