Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na výrobu hřídele pro převodovku, s cílem se seznámit s namáháním a problematikou výroby. V teoretické části se bakalářská práce věnuje charakterizováním hřídelí, dále také druhům materiálu, ze kterých může být hřídel vyrobena. V této části jsou taktéž charakterizovány operace potřebné pro výrobu hřídele pro převodovku, v neposlední řadě je zde i zpracování jak tepelné, tak i chemicko-tepelné. V aplikační části je proveden výpočet převodovky a následně se zde nachází samotný postup výroby, kde se nacházejí operace, jak po sobě následují při výrobě.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the production of a gearbox shaft, aiming to familiarize oneself with the stress and manufacturing issues. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to characterizing shafts, as well as the types of materials from which a shaft can be made. This section also characterizes the operations necessary for the production of the gearbox shaft, including both heat and thermochemical treatments. In the application part, the calculation of the gearbox is performed, followed by the actual production process, which outlines the sequence of operations during manufacturing.
