Quotation of proprietary law to immovables
Abstract:
S účinností od 1.ledna 1993 byl zákonem ČNR č.344/1992 Sb., o katastru nemovitostí České Republiky (katastrální zákon), zřízen katastr nemovitostí. Tímto zákonem byla zrušena dosavadní evidence nemovitostí.
Abstract:
With effectiveness from January 1st, 1993 was by act ČNR no.344/1992 about land register of the Czech Republic established land register. Existing registration of real estates was cancelled by this act.
