The comparison of classic and laparoscopic appendectomy by acute appendicitis

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá komparací klasické a laparoskopické appendectomie z pohledu benefitu pro pacienta. Porovnává četnost výskytu celkových komplikací a závažných komplikací v místě operačního výkonu. Srovnává délku hospitalizace, délku dočasné pracovní neschopnosti a dobu do obnovení střevní pasáže v závislosti na použité operační metodě.

Abstract:

The dissertation deals with comparison between classical and laparoscopic appendectomy in the view of patient benefit. It compares the frequency of occurrence of general complications and severe complications in the operative site.
