Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na posouzení stavu vybrané obchodní společnosti a na základě hrozícího úpadku je vypracován insolvenční návrh a návrh na povolení reorganizace. Spolu s tím je zpracován reálný reorganizační plán, který je podmínkou pro povolení reorganizace.
Abstract:
This Diploma thesis is focused on assessment of condition of selected commercial company. On the basis of impending decline is necessary to develop an insolvency petition and proposal to allow reorganization. Together with the process compile realistic reorganization plan, which is requirement for reorganization permit.
