Abstract:

Tématem této práce jsou možnosti využití alternativní a augmentativní komunikace v zařízeních sociálních služeb pro děti se zdravotním postižením. Teoretická část vymezuje teoretická východiska práce, popisuje a analyzuje možnosti využití alternativních a augmentativních komunikačních systémů u dětí se zdravotním postižením. Vymezuje základní pojmy, jednotlivé systémy AAK, jejich pomůcky, výhody a nevýhody. Tato část se zabývá i pravidly komunikace s uživateli se zdravotním postižením, kteří využívají nabídek zařízení sociálních služeb. Teoretická část taktéž poukazuje na alternativní a augmentativní komunikaci v kontextu kompetencí sociálního pracovníka a standardů kvality sociálních služeb. Empirická část zjišťuje využití alternativní a augmentativní komunikace uživateli zařízeních sociálních služeb na Karvinsku. Zaměřuje se na způsoby využití alternativní a augmentativní komunikace v denních stacionářích pro děti se zdravotním postižením na Karvinsku. Empirická část také obsahuje tři kazuistiky uživatelů denních stacionářů, které poukazují na využití alternativní a augmentativní komunikace v praxi.

Abstract:

The theme of this work is the possibility of using alternative and augmentative communication in social services for children with health disabilities. The theoretical part examines the theoretical possibility and describes and analyzes the possibility of using alternative and augmentative communication systems for children with health disabilities. It defines the basic concepts, individual AAC systems, their tools, advantages and disadvantages. This section deals with the rules of communication with people with health disabilities who use the facility offered by social services. The theoretical part also points to alternative and augmentative communication skills in the context of a social worker and quality standards of social services. The empirical part detects the application of alternative and augmentative communication by users of day care centers in the region of Karviná. It focuses on ways to use alternative and augmentative communication in day care centers for children with health disabilities in the region of Karviná. The empirical part contains three case studies of users of day care, which highlight the use of alternative and augmentative communication in practice.
