Project of Controlling Tools Implementation in the Selected Founded Organization

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na implementaci vybraných controllingových nástrojů ve vy-brané příspěvkové organizaci. Práce je členěna na dvě hlavní části. V teoretické části této práce je popsána problematika týkající se neziskových organizací s bližším zaměřením na příspěvkové organizace, jejich hospodaření a financování. Dále je první část práce věnována teoretickým poznatkům z oblasti controllingu. Praktická část je zaměřena na rozbor hospodaření vybrané příspěvkové organizace za použití finanční analýzy a rozboru získávání finančních prostředků a v neposlední řadě na rozbor současného stavu využívání nástrojů controllingu v organizaci. Na základě provedených analýz je v praktické části práce proveden projekt návrhu implementace vybraných nástrojů controllingu a následně je projekt podroben analýze přínosů, ekonomické a časové náročnosti a také analýze rizik.

Abstract:

The master thesis is focused on the implementation of selected controlling tools in a selected contributory organization. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the issue of nonprofit organizations with a closer focus on contributory organizations, their management and financing. Furthermore, the first part of the thesis is devoted to theoretical knowledge of controlling. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the management of a selected contributory organization using financial analysis and analysis of obtaining financial resources and last but not least to analyze the current state of use of controlling tools in the organization. On the basis of performed ana-lyzes, the practical part of the thesis contains a project for the design of implementation of selected controlling tools and then the project is subjected to the analysis of benefits, eco-nomic and time demands and also to risk analysis.
