The Analysis Of Speed-Reaction Ability Of The Recreational Badminton Players

Abstract:

Práce se zabývala hodnocením reakčně - rychlostní schopností u hráčů badmintonu a vlivu intervenčního pohybového programu na její úroveň. Vybraný intervenční pohybový program měl přispět ke zlepšení nejen této schopnosti, ale také ke zlepšení výbušné síly dolních končetin a agility. Výzkumu se účastnily tři výzkumné soubory – experimentální skupina rekreačních hráčů, která prošla intervenčním pohybovým programem, kontrolní skupina rekreačních hráčů a výkonnostní skupina, která tvořila soubor pro hodnocení celkové úrovně a změny v oblasti vybraných schopností. Pro diagnostiku reakčně – rychlostní schopnosti byla použita přístrojová technika Fitro agility check. Všechny vytyčené hypotézy jsme přijmuli. Rozdíl v úrovni reakčně - rychlostních schopností u experimentální skupiny po testovacím období byl významný. Určitá míra zlepšení se ukázala i u kontrolní skupiny, ale nebyla významná. Rozdíl mezi úrovní reakčně – rychlostní schopnosti experimentální a kontrolní skupiny na konci testovacího období byl také významný. U výkonnostní skupiny se významné zlepšení po přípravném období neprokázalo. Prokázalo se i významné zlepšení výbušné síly dolních končetin a agility u experimentální skupiny. Reakčně - rychlostní schopnosti považujeme za jeden z velice důležitých faktorů nejen v badmintonu, ale i v ostatních hrách. Pro praxi bychom doporučili zaměřit se jednak na rozvoj těchto schopností pomocí specifických cvičení, které pomohou zlepšit jejich úroveň a také na správnou techniku pohybu po hřišti, což přispěje k zefektivnění celé hry.

Abstract:

The thesis dealt with the evaluation of the reaction - speed abilities for the badminton players and the impact of the intervention movement program on its level. The chosen intervention movement program was suppposed to contribute not only to the improvement of the reaction - speed ability but to the improvement of the explosive power of the lower limbs and the agility as well. Three research groups took part in the research: the experimental group of recreational players that went through the intervetion movement program, the control group of recreational players and the performance group which formed a complex for evaluation of the overall level and changes of the selected abilities. The instrumental technology Filtro agility check was used for the diagnostics of the reaction speed. We have accepted all the marked out hypothesis. After the testing period, the difference in the level of the reaction - speed abilities was significant for the experimental group. A certain improvement was shown for the control group however not very significant. At the end of the testing period, there was a significant difference in the level of the reaction - speed for the experimental and control group. After a preparatory period there wasn´t proved any significant improvement for the performance group. There was proved a significant improvement of the explosive power of the lower limbs and agility for the experimental group. We consider the reaction - speed ability as one of very important factors not only in badminton but also in other games. For practice we would recommend to focus on the development of these abilities using the specific exercises which will help to improve the level of these abilities and also the correct technique while moving on the playing area. This will contribute to make the whole game more effective.
