Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na výskyt syndromu vyhoření v profesi porodní asistentky. Krom obecné definice, příznaků, diagnostiky, prevence a léčby tohoto moderního fenoménu, jsou zde uvedeny i kompetence porodní asistentky společně s riziky začínajících porodních asistentek. This bachelor thesis is focused on the burnout syndrome in the midwife proffesion. Apart from the general definition, symptoms, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of this modern phnenomenon, this tesis also includes responsibilities of midwives, along with risks for beginning midwives.
