Free Movement of Services in the EU - Importance for the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je seznámení se v vnitřním trhem Evropské unie a vývojem legislativy týkající se vnitřního trhu služeb od římské smlouvy až po současnost. Práce pojednává o historii vnitřního trhu, čtyřech respektive pěti základních svobodách, směrnici o službách na vnitřním trhu a nakonec také o jeho budoucnosti. It is the aim of this thesis to introduce the internal market of the European Union and the development of the legislation relating to the internal market of services since the Treaty of Rome. The thesis focuses on the history of the internal market, four or five basic freedoms, the directive on services in the internal market, and also about its future.
