Business Intelligence reporting tools and possibilities

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na oblast Business Intelligence. Cílem práce je základní představení BI, analýza nových trendů, které se v této oblasti rozvíjejí a srovnání vybraných reportovacích nástrojů podle stanovených kritérií. V práci bylo dosaženo zadaných cílů seznámením s pojmem BI, jeho základními principy a obecnou architekturou. Dále jsou v práci analyzovány hlavní trendy v této oblasti. Praktická část bakalářské práce obsahuje srovnání vybraných reportovacích nástrojů a stanovení kritérií pro toto srovnání. Tato práce čtenáře obecně uvede do oblasti BI, také může sloužit jako podklad pro výběr reportovacích nástrojů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the area of Business Intelligence. The aim is to show the basic BI, analysis of new trends in this area and comparison of selected reporting tools according to established criteria. In bachelor thesis was achieved the stated objectives becoming familiar with the concept of BI, its basic principles and general architecture. The bachelor thesis analyzes the main trends in this area. The practical part contains a comparison of selected reporting tools and criteria for this comparison. This work give readers generally knowledge in BI, can also serve as a basis for the selection of reporting tools.
