Abstract:
Práce si klade za cíl podrobně analyzovat právní úpravu odpovědnosti za vady v tuzemských obchodních vztazích. Rozebírá nedostatky platné právní úpravy, ale zejména upozorňuje na chyby a možná rizika při její aplikaci v praxi. The aim of the thesis is an analysis of legal regulation of liability for defective performance in domestic business relations. Shortages of legal regulation are depicted however primaraly the thesis points out mistakes and possible risks of the regulation application in praxis.
