Abstrakt Autor a název práce: Miroslav Tesař, Sukcesní vývoj porostů dřevinné vegetace na bývalém ložisku rašeliny Příbraz (okres Jindřichův Hradec) / Succession development of woody vegetation covers on the former peat deposit of Příbraz (Jindřichův Hradec district) Abstrakt Předmětem této práce bylo zaznamenat dosavadní sukcesní vývoj dřevinné vegetace a současný stav bylinného patra na vytěženém ložisku rašeliny Příbraz (okres Jindřichův Hradec). Bylo zaznamenáno padesát fytocenologických snímků a na všech snímcích byly odebrány vzorky (vývrty) pro zachycení věkové struktury dřevinné vegetace. Vliv sledovaných proměnných byl ověřen pomocí jednorozměrných i mnohorozměrných metod (párový t-test, detrendovaná a kanonická korespondenční analýza). Na studovaném území byl prokázán statisticky významný vztah mezi původem (spontánní nálet dřevin, rekultivační výsadba) porostu dřevinné vegetace a pokryvností bylinného patra. Při spontánní sukcesi byl dokázán nejsilnější faktor ovlivnění vodou, který má hlavní vliv na druhovou skladbu dřevinné i bylinné vegetace. Druhová skladba porostu má na pokryvnost bylinného patra vliv, který ale nebyl shledán jako nejzásadnější. Do budoucna bych navrhl přehradit odvodňovací kanály a udělat ze studovaného území bezzásahovou zónu. Klíčová slova: rašeliniště, bylinné patro, vznik porostu, voda

Abstract:

Abstract The subject of this work was to record the current successive development of woody vegetation and the current state of the herb layer on the mined peat deposit of Příbraz (Jindřichův Hradec district). Fifty phytocenological images were recorded and samples (boreholes) were taken on all images to capture the age structure of the woody vegetation. The influence of the monitored variables was verified by one-dimensional and multidimensional methods (paired t-test, detrended and canonical correspondence analysis). In the studied area, a statistically significant relationship was demonstrated between the formation of woody vegetation (spontaneous invasion of woody plants, reclamation planting) and the cover of the herb layer. During spontaneous succession, the strongest factor influenced by water was proved, which has the main influence on the species composition of woody and herb vegetation. The species composition of the cover influences the cover of the herb layer, which was not found to be the most important influence. In the future, I would suggest dam up the drainage canals and make the studied area a non-intervention zone. Key words: peat bog, herb layer, formation of cover, water
