Tvorba a implementace kompetenčních modelů v organizaci

Abstract:
Znalosti, schopnosti a dovednosti tvoří naše kompetence v profesním životě i vzdělávání. Charakteristiky, definice a typologie pro tvorbu a implementaci kompetenčních modelů v organizaci. Cílem této práce je vytvořit dva kompetenční modely pro dvě různá oddělení a jejich implementaci za pomoci personalisty a vedoucích oddělení dané organizace.
