The Thesis is concerned with the legal position of the Sorbs in Germany during the history and the present. The Sorbs are one of the four formal national minorities in Germany. The rights of the Sorbs from the former times are mentioned by the historic events. Abstract:
Závěrečná práce se zabývá právním postavením Lužických Srbů v Německu v průběhu dějin až po současnost. Práva Lužických Srbů v minulosti jsou vyobrazeny na událostech dějin. Současné postavení Lužických Srbů vychází z platných zákonů vydaných ve Spolkové zemi Braniborsko a Svobodném státě Sasko.
