Magisterská práca sa zaoberá pohľadom personálu, ktorí pracuje v zariadeniach sociálnych služieb na seniora a starobu. Teoretická časť práce sa venuje opisu staroby, starnutia a približuje problematiku seniorov a zmien, ktoré sú prirodzené so stúpajúcim vekom.
