Long-Term Unemployment on the Labor Market in the Moravian-Silesian Region

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti v České republice a v Moravskoslezském kraji. V první kapitole jsou pospány teoretická východiska, kde jsou uvedeny definice nezaměstnanosti a způsoby měření nezaměstnanosti. Druhá kapitola popisuje vývoj dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti v České republice za období 2014-2021. Třetí kapitola je věnována samotnému Moravskoslezskému kraji za stejné období, kde jsou zanalyzovány všechny okresy v tomto kraji. Celkový výstup této bakalářské práce je následně shrnut a popsán v závěru.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on long-term unemployment in the Czech Republic and in the Moravian-Silesian Region. In the first chapter the theoretical background is presented, where the definition of unemployment and the ways of measuring unemployment are presented. The second chapter describes the development of long-term unemployment in the Czech Republic for the period 2014-2021. The third chapter is devoted to the Moravian-Silesian region itself for the same period, where all districts in this region are analysed. The overall output of this bachelor thesis is then summarized and described in the conclusion.
