Tématem této bakalářské práce je porovnání západní a východní ruské kuchyně a taktéž specifická kultura stolování Ruské Federace. Hlavním cílem bylo porovnat a určit hlavní rozdíly těchto dvou kuchyní a to jak z regionálního, tak i kvalitativního aspektu a to pomocí uceleného popisu. The theme of this bachelor thesis is the comparison of western and eastern cuisine, as well as specific culture dining of Russian Federation.
