Vývoj trhu práce v České republice

Labour market in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaobírá problematikou trhu práce v České republice s konkrétním zaměřením na odvětví stavebnictví. Práce obsahuje rozbor jednotlivých milníků vývoje trhu práce v rozmezí dvanácti let. Jednou ze součástí průzkumu je poukázání na klíčové faktory ovlivňující celou situaci a to zaměstnanost oproti nezaměstnanosti a pracovníků ze zahraničí oproti tuzemským pracovníkům.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis describes problematic about labor market in Czech Republic with specific focuses on the construction industry. Thesis contain analyzation of individual milestones in developments of labor market in range twelve years. Integral part of this research is focusing on unemployment versus employment and imigration workers versus local workers which is important part of this industry.
