Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je rozšíření služeb Charity Valašské Klobouky o komunitní centrum pro seniory. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na pojmy stárnutí a stáří, jsou zde vymezeny aktivity pro seniory ve volném čase, v další kapitole jsou uvedeny sociální služby, jejich dělení, služby pro seniory a nestátní neziskové organizace. Poslední kapitolou této části je marketing služeb spolu s marketingovou komunikací a marketingovým výzkumem. Praktická část se zabývá organizací Charita Valašské Klobouky, je zde uvedena nabídka služeb nebo finanční stránka organizace. Dále je provedena analýza vybraných organizací, které již komunitní centrum pro seniory provozují. Důležitou částí je provedení strukturovaných rozhovorů s vybranými organizacemi a dotazníkové šetření mezi občany, na základě kterých je následně navržen projekt komunitního centra pro seniory včetně provedení nákladové, časové a rizikové analýzy.

Abstract:

The aim of the master's thesis is to extend the services of Charita Valašské Klobouky by a community center for seniors. The theoretical part focuses on the concepts of aging and old age, where the activities for seniors in their leisure time are defined, the next chapter introduces social services, their division, services for seniors and non-governmental non-profit organizations. The last chapter of this part includes the marketing of services together with marketing communication and marketing research. The practical part deals with the organization Charita Valašské Klobouky, where the offer of services or the financial state of the organization is presented. Further, an analysis of selected organizations that already operate a community center for seniors is performed. An important part is the conduct of structured interviews with selected organizations and a citizens' questionnaire survey, on the basis of which the project of a community center for seniors is subsequently proposed, including a cost, time, and risk analysis.
