Abstract:

Petra Bibzová, working hours and rest periods. Bachelor thesis. Banking Institute / College. Department of Law and Social Sciences. Legal administration in the business. Supervisor: Mgr. George Hamuľák, PhD. The work is divided into 12 chapters which are divided into subsections. Page range: 48 pages of custom body work with an introduction and conclusion, along 56th. In this thesis work, we process the adjustment of working hours in the Slovak Republic, its historical development, characteristics, layout, length, and rest periods, night work, standby duty, overtime, night work, registration, holidays, special working conditions for selected groups of the employees. The work contains a valid current working time legislation in the Slovak Republic. The goal was bringing the issue of basic information and detailed descriptions of working time legislation in the Slovak Republic. The last chapter contains interesting information about the working time in comparison with other countries.

Petra Bibzová, Pracovný čas a doby odpočinku. Bakalárska práca. Bankovní institut vysoká škola Praha. Katedra práva a spoločenských vied. Právna administratíva v podnikateľskej sfére. Školiteľ: Mgr. Juraj Hamuľák, PhD. Práca je členená na 12 kapitol, ktoré sa členia na podkapitoly. Rozsah strán: 48 strán vlastné telo práce s úvodom a záverom, spolu 56. V tejto bakalárskej práci sme spracovávali úpravu pracovného času v Slovenskej republike, jeho historický vývoj, charakteristiku, rozvrhnutie, dĺžku, ako aj doby odpočinku, nočnú prácu, pracovnú pohotovosť, prácu nadčas, nočnú prácu, evidenciu, dovolenku, osobitné pracovné podmienky u vybraných skupín zamestnancov. Práca obsahuje súčasnú platnú právnu úpravu pracovného času v Slovenskej republike. Cieľom práce bolo podanie základných informácií tejto problematiky a podrobne popísať právnu úpravu pracovného času v Slovenskej republike. Posledná kapitola obsahuje zaujímavosti o pracovnom čase v porovnaní s inými krajinami.
