Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na zjišťování a pozorování vývojového stádia houbového patogena ? kloubnatky smrkové (Gemmamyces piceae [Brothw.] Casagr.) na smrku pichlavém (Picea pungens). Ve vegetační sezóně v roce 2012 byly vybrány tři lokality v oblasti Flájské přehrady v Krušných horách a jedna v podhůří Krušných hor, hodnocena byla míra napadení pupenů a pozorován vývoj houby. Na lokalitách byla měřena teplota a relativní vlhkost vzduchu v 15:00 UTC+2. Byla hodnocena závislost tvorby vývojových stádií houby na mikroklimatu. Navržena byla stupnice pro hodnocení napadení stromů a stromových skupin. Hodnotícími kritérii byla defoliace a proliferace pupenů v daných lokalitách. Horské lokality na území Flájské přehrady byly ohodnoceny středním a silným stupněm poškození (vlastní klasifikace), naproti tomu lokalita s nižší nadmořskou výškou okolo 520 m n. m. houbou napadena nebyla. Vztah mezi klimatem lokalit a intenzitou napadení nebyl nalezen. Nástup vývojových fází houby je v rámci vegetační sezóny rozdílný mezi lokalitami. Avšak v porovnávaných vegetačních sezónách (2010, 2012) je nástup shodný. Vazba iniciace vývojového stádia na prahovou sumu efektivních teplot nebyla prokázána. Pomocí kombinace hodnotících atributů ? míry prorůstání pupenů a defoliace ? byly rozlišeny porosty krátkodobě a dlouhodobě napadené. Pohlavní výtrusy se nepodařilo nalézt.

Abstract:

The work is focused on detection and observation of developmental stages of fungal pathogens - Cucurbitaria bud blight of spruce (Gemmamyces piceae [Brothw.] Casagr.) on the blue spruce (Picea pungens). Three locations were selected in Fláje dam region in Krušné hory Mountains and one in its foothills. Temperature and relative air humidity were measured at the locations at 15:00 UTC+2. Ratio of bud attacks, fungus development and dependence of fungus development stages production on microclimate were evaluated in the growing season of 2012. A scale for the evaluation of attacks of trees and group of trees was designed. Evaluative criteria were defoliation and proliferation of buds at the given locations. The mountain locations in the Fláje dam region were evaluated by an average and a high degree of damage, while the location with lower altitude, of about 520 meters, wasn´t attacked by the fungus. No relation was found between the locations? climate and the intensity of attacks. The beginning of the fungus development stages is different within the locations and the growing season. However, in comparison of the growing seasons of 2010 and 2012 the beginning is congruent. The relation of a development stage initiation and a threshold sum of effective temperatures was not proved. Vegetation attacked on short term and long term basis were distinguished via combination of evaluative attributes ? degree of bud penetration and defoliation. Generative spores were not found.
