Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikace základních vlivů majících dopad na suboptimální funkci legislativního procesu, zejména pak na nadměrnou dynamiku legislativy. Identifikovány jsou zejména vlivy lobbingu zájmových institucí, nadměrné iniciativy a tlaku z pozice mezinárodních institucí. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to identify the main forces affecting functions of the legislative process and making its outputs suboptimal. Excessive dynamics of law is considered the main issue for purposes of this thesis.
