Cílem předložené diplomové práce je analyzovat rozpočtové hospodaření vybrané obce a zhodnotit stav využívání nástrojů finančního řízení dané obce. Teoretická část práce se zabývá příjmovou a výdajovou stránkou rozpočtů obcí, rozpočtovým procesem obcí a rozpočtovou skladbou. The goal of submitted diploma thesis is to analyse a budget management of a chosen municipality and to evaluate the present state of utilization of financial instrument of this municipality. The theoretical part is dealing with revenues and expenditures of municipal budget, budget structure and budget process.
