Artificial sweeteners in foods
Abstract:
Diplomová práce „Umělá sladidla v potravinách“ pojednává o možnostech využití cukru a umělých sladidel v potravinách a nápojích. Tato práce analyzuje výběr oslovených respondentů ohledně preference nápojů s cukrem, sladidly či nápojů bez jakýchkoliv chuťových přísad.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis „Artificial sweeteners in foods“ discusses the possibilities of using sugar and artificial sweeteners in foods and beverages. This study analyzes the selection of respondents regarding the preference of drinks with sugar, sweeteners or drinks without any taste additives.
