Cílem bakalářské práce je objasnit stále aktuální společenský problém jako je týrání dítěte. The goal of the bachelor's thesis is to clarify an ever-current social problem such as child abuse. The first part of the work is devoted to the concept of CAN syndrome and its basic forms, there will also be legal aspects and criminal acts in relation to the given issue.
