Abstract:

Informační systémy využívané k podpoře pracovních procesů jsou nedílnou součástí každé organizace. Jednou ze základních funkcí informačního systému ve veřejné správě by mělo být zamezení duplicitního pořizování dat a vytvoření větších vzájemných vazeb mezi jednotlivými informačními systémy. Na základě výše uvedeného je hlavním cílem této diplomové práce zpracování projektu na zlepšení informačního systému města Kyjova. Dílčím cílem této práce je potvrzení hypotézy, že současné {\clqq}Komerčně nabízené informační systémy od jednoho dodavatele dostatečně nepokrývají všechny procesy probíhající v rámci obcí s rozšířenou působností{\crqq}. Teoretická část této práce se zaměřuje na veřejnou správu a využívání informační systémů v této oblasti. V praktické části je provedena analýza informačního systému města Kyjova a zpracováno dotazníkové šetření stavu informačních systémů v rámci obcí s rozšířenou působností. Na základě zjištěných poznatků byly vypracovány návrhy na zlepšení informačního systému města Kyjova.

Abstract:

The information systems used for the supporting of work processes have become an inseparable part of each organization. One of the basic functions of the information system in the public administration should be the prevention of duplicate data copying and creating a tighter linkage among individual information systems. On the basis of the above mentioned facts the main goal of this dissertation is to work out a project of the improvement of the information system in the town of Kyjov. A partial aim of this work is the support of the hypothesis that the present {\clqq}Commercially offered information systems from a single supplier do not sufficiently cover all the processes happening within towns with extended competence{\crqq}. The theoretical part of this work is focused on public administration and the use of the information systems in this region. In the practical part, there is an analysis of the information system of the town of Kyjov and the results of a questionnaire survey of the state of information systems within towns with extended competence. On the basis of the facts learned proposals for the improvement of the information system in the town of Kyjov have been elaborated.
