Advanced technique of the fire scene documentation

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je představit moderní metody využitelné pro dokumentaci na místě požáru u bezpečnostních sborů. V první části práce jsou uvedeny pojmy a stručně je nastíněna problematika dokumentace místa mimořádné události. Podrobněji je popsán způsob pořizování a zpracování dokumentace. Je zde uveden krátký přehled metod používaných při dokumentaci požářiště, stejně jako nástroje používané v postprodukci. Práce je zaměřena na moderní metody, které se v současnosti používají u bezpečnostních sborů nebo by se mohly používat. V druhé části jsou uvedeny některé výstupy při použití konkrétních metod a technik na cvičných požářištích. Jedná se především o výstupy získané ze sférické kamery, prostorového skeneru a animace z požářišť. Cílem práce je ukázat nové možnosti dokumentace požářiště.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to present advanced technique and methods applicable for on-site fire scene documentation by emergency response agencies. The first part of thesis introduces relevant concepts and briefly outlines the issues surrounding documentation of emergency situations. It provides a detailed description of the process of acquiring and processing documentation. A brief overview of methods used in fire scene documentation is provided, along with the tools employed in post-production. The thesis is focused on contemporary methods currently used by emergency response agencies or those that could be adopted. In second section, specific outputs resulting from the application of various methods and techniques on training fire scenes are presented. These outputs primarily stem from spherical cameras, spatial scanners, and fire scene animations. The aim of this work is to demonstrate novel possibilities in fire scene documentation.
