Následující práce se věnuje oblastem, ve kterých je zapotřebí poskytovat pomoc zdravotně handicapovaným občanům. Důraz je dán na oblast bezbariérového bydlení. Nejprve se práce soustředí na bydlení, bytovou politiku a typy bydlení. Druhá kapitola charakterizuje nájem bytu a s ním související druhy nájemného.
