Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou metod praní špinavých peněz, kde se blíže podívám na zvolené formy. Na úvod popíšu etapy praní špinavých peněz, které jsou nedílnou součástí celého procesu. Poté se dostanu k formám kolečka, podvodné zneužití bílých koní, fiktivní služby, kasina a kryptoměny, které jsem do této práce zařadil. Hlavně se zaměřím na fiktivní služby, kasina a kryptoměny, u kterých podrobněji zkoumám jejich metody a praktiky při praní špinavých peněz. U fiktivních služeb, kasin a kryptoměn se podívám na případy ze světa a v závěru práce okomentuju, jak by podle mě bylo nejlepší dané finanční prostředky, získané z nelegálních aktivit, vyprat.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of money laundering methods, where I will take a closer look at their forms. At the beginning, I will describe the stages of money laundering, which are an integral part of the entire process. I will then get to the forms of wheeling, white horse scams, bogus services, casinos and cryptocurrencies that I have included in this work. I will mainly focus on fictitious services, casinos and cryptocurrencies, where I will examine in more detail their money laundering methods and practices. In the case of fictitious services, casinos and cryptocurrencies, I will look at cases from around the world and at the end of the paper I will comment on how, in my opinion, it would be best to launder the funds obtained from illegal activities.
