Evaluation of Reliability of the Company and Suggestion of the Optimal Way of Financing Justification in the Company Rosneft in Comparison with ExxonMobil

Anotace:

Abstracts The main goal is to analyze aspects of financial statements of the company Rosneft and evaluate the company’s performance and condition in the years 2013-2017. In addition, to evaluate the competitiveness of the corporation’s financial condition comparing the company’s financial performance with its competitor ExxonMobil. The author’s objective is to demonstrate strong and weak points in the financial structure of the company and base on the discoveries of the thesis, to develop suggestions for the corporation to improve the financial health of the company and improve the performance. In the theoretical part, a literature review made concerning the issues of financial management, financial structure and analysis, financial ratios and financial performance. With the help of such scientific methods as evaluation of sources, induction, deduction, and abstraction. In the practical part were used quantitative and qualitative methods to make a financial analysis of the company. The information from the results of the analysis was examined based on the theoretical part background. Based on the results of the financial analysis and comparison with competitor conclusions about the financial performance of the company were constructed.
