Bakalářská práce popisuje historii migrace na českém území od dob Rakouska{--}Uherska do současnosti. Zabývá se rovněž popisem orgánů státní moci, které mají v kompetenci tvorbu migrační politiky, legislativy a dohled nad jejím dodržováním.
