Abstract:
V diplomové práci se věnuji problematice regulace a deregulace nájemného. Popisuji další varianty financování bydlení, celkový stav bytové politiky či reformu v bytové politice. Všechny zmíněné skutečnosti aplikuji v praktické části na mladé rodině. V této části se zabývám růstem nájemného během deregulace. Dále uvádím vývoj, směr a konkrétní cíl deregulace. Die Diplomarbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Problem der Regulierung und Deregulierung der Mieten. Beschreibt, andere Möglichkeiten der Finanzierung von Wohnungen, den allgemeinen Zustand der Wohnungen und die Reform in der Wohnungspolitik.
