Abstract:

Bakalářská práce “Rozvoj profesních kompetencí obchodních zástupců firmy MT servis – manipulační technika, s.r.o.“ se zabývá zvyšováním prodejních schopností a dovedností u prodejců. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány jednotlivé fáze prodeje, dovednosti, kterých lze v těchto fázích využívat a zásady komunikace s klientem. V praktické části jsou jednotlivé poznatky z teoretické části zkoumány a hodnoceny z hlediska jejich efektivity a působení na zákazníka. Cílem práce je navržení doporučení k řešení definovaného problému v podniku.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis "Development of professional competences of sales representatives of MT servis – manipulační technika, s.r.o." deals with the improvement of sales abilities and skills of sales representatives. The theoretical part discusses the different phases of sales, the skills that can be used in these phases and the principles of communication with the client. In the practical part, the individual findings from the theoretical part are examined and evaluated in terms of their effectiveness and impact on the customer. The aim of the thesis is to propose recommendations to solve the defined problem in the company.
