Problems of women´s foreknowledge after operation of tumorous breast´s illness

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na problematiku informovanosti žen, které onemocněly nádorovým onemocněním prsu. V teoretické části práce se snažím podat základní informace o tomto onemocnění s důrazem na správnou edukační a ošetřovatelskou péči u postižených žen. Záměrem je také zmapování nejznámějších organizací a institucí na Moravě, která se snaží právě svojí činností pomáhat ženám i široké veřejnosti v oblasti prevence a zlepšení kvality života u zmiňovaného onemocnění. Za cíl a smysl praktické části práce si vytyčuji zjistit, jak kvalitně jsou české ženy, které pro-dělaly operaci nádorového onemocnění prsu, informovány o svém onemocnění, následných možnostech léčby, protetických pomůckách a v neposlední řadě také o organizacích, které se zabývají danou problematikou. Míru kvality informovanosti jsem zjišťovala formou dotazníkového šetření, které se přímo vztahuje k vytyčeným cílům a hypotézám kvantitativního výzkumu. Dotazníkový průzkum, jehož výzkum se opírá o statistické vyhodnocení, jsem prováděla ve spolupráci s několika nemocnicemi a ordinacemi onkologických lékařů v Olomouckém a Zlínském kraji.

Abstract:

I focused my Bachelor thesis on the problematic of women´s awareness, which grew sick with the breast cancer. In the theoretic part of the thesis I try to give a basic information about this illness with the accent on the right educated and care nursing by disease-ridden women. The aim is also to map more common organisations and institutions in Moravia, where the overall included public especially women can find informatition field of prevention and the improve-ment quality of life by mentioned illness. The main aim and purpose of the practical part of my bachelor thesis is determination what is the level of high-quality information for women who underwent operation of the breast cancer. How are they informed about their illness, about consequential possibilities of treatment, how they are informed about prosthetic aids and last but not least about the organisations which deal with said issue. I polled the quality´s volume through the way of questionnaires which are related to said aids and to hypothesis of quantitatived research.The questionnaired survey is refered to the statisti-cal evaluation. I did colaboration with several hospitals and with the ordinations of oncologi-cal doctors from over the Olomouc region and the Zlín region.
