The principle of transparency in public administration
Abstract:
Cílem práce je analýza právní úpravy práva na informace a souvisejících institutů zajišťujících transparentnost veřejné správy. Analyzována bude judikatura správních soudů s důrazem na správní orgány s působností v oblasti daní, cel a poplatků. Praktická část se zaměří na analýzu výše poplatků za poskytování informací u konkrétních správních orgánů.

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the legal regulation of the right to information and related institutes ensuring transparency of public administration. It will analyse the case law of the administrative courts with an emphasis on administrative authorities with competence in the field of taxes, duties and fees.
