Training and preparation of security staff of public international airports in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou bezpečnostního výcviku v oblasti civilního letectví. Pojednává o jeho legislativní úpravě, ať už mezinárodní, zvláště evropské, či místní – tedy české. Rovněž je v práci provedena komparace dvou nejvíce relevantních z těchto aktů, jež určují formy výcviku. Dále práce přibližuje jednotlivé druhy a specifika odborných příprav, které musí bezpečnostní pracovník před nástupem na svou pozici absolvovat a v určených intervalech aktualizovat. Stěžejní část tvoří analýza bezpečnostních školení, na jejímž základě je provedeno zhodnocení metod vytváření a výkonu popisovaných příprav. Výsledkem práce jsou návrhy možné racionalizace těchto postupů. To vše při zachování nezbytné ochrany citlivých informací.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the problematic of the safety training in the field of civil aviation. It deals with its legislation both the international, especially European, and the local – meaning the Czech one. In the thesis is also done a comparison of the two most relevant of these acts, which determine the forms of training. Then the thesis introduces the individual types and specifics of trainings which the security officer must complete and update at the specified intervals before taking up the position. The core part is the analysis of the security trainings based on which is evaluated the method of creation and execution of the described preparations. The result of the thesis are suggestions of possible rationalization of these procedures. All this while maintaining the necessary personal data protection.
